WS Browser User Agreement

【Special Notice】

Before using WS Browser (the “Software”), please read and comply with the WS Browser User Agreement (this “Agreement”). Please review and fully understand all terms carefully, especially those relating to disclaimer or limitation of liability, dispute resolution, applicable law, and use by minors. Clauses that disclaim or limit liability are shown in bold and should be read with particular attention.

By downloading, installing, using the Software, or otherwise using any services provided through the Software, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using the Software immediately and uninstall it.

As the Software is a browser that can access third-party content on the internet, and in accordance with relevant Apple App Store requirements, the Software is primarily intended for users aged 17 and above. If you are a minor, please read this Agreement together with your guardian and use the Software only after obtaining your guardian’s consent.

I. Scope of the Agreement

1.Contracting Parties: This Agreement is entered into between you (the user) and the operator of WS Browser (“WS” or “we”).

2.Components of the Agreement: This Agreement includes the main text hereof, the WS Browser Privacy Policy, and any rules, announcements, or notices that we have published or may publish in the future.

3.Services Provided: We provide internet technology services related to browser tools, including web browsing, search and navigation, bookmark management, webpage data caching, and other related browser services.

II. Account and Device Security

1.Device Requirements: Users must ensure that the iOS device they use complies with relevant cybersecurity standards and that its operating system version supports the normal operation of the Software.

2.Account Responsibility: If the Software includes registration and login features, users are responsible for properly safeguarding their account credentials and passwords. Any loss resulting from a user’s disclosure of account information shall be borne by the user.

III. User Code of Conduct

1.Lawful Use: Users agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations when using the Software to browse information. Users shall not use the Software to create, copy, publish, or distribute illegal, violent, pornographic, false, or intellectual property-infringing content.

2.Prohibited Conduct:

  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Software without authorization;
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Software, its related servers, or networks;
  • Use the Software to engage in any activity that endangers cybersecurity;
  • Intentionally bypass or damage technical measures we implement to protect intellectual property.

3.Content Reporting: For illegal or harmful third-party content accessed through the browser, and users may report such content to us or to the relevant regulatory authorities.

IV. Fees and Payment Rules

1.Service Fees: The core browsing features of WS Browser are currently provided free of charge. If paid value-added features are introduced in the future, we will clearly notify users within the app.

2.Payment System: Any purchase within the Software involving digital content or premium features (if any) must be made exclusively through Apple’s official In-App Purchase system. We will not direct users to make payments through any third-party payment channel not authorized by Apple.

3.Subscription Management: If you purchase a subscription service, you may manage or cancel it at any time in iOS under “Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions”.

V. Privacy Protection and Data Collection

1.Privacy Policy: We highly value user privacy. Your personal information will be processed strictly in accordance with the WS Browser Privacy Policy.

2.Permission Requests: We request access to the camera or photo library only when necessary for specific features (such as scanning QR codes or saving webpage images), and only with your prior consent.

3.Tracking Statement: We strictly comply with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) policy. Without the user’s explicit authorization, we do not track user information across apps for advertising purposes.

VI. Intellectual Property Statement

1.WS owns all intellectual property rights in and to the Software and its related technologies, interfaces, logos, and other elements. 2.Any third-party webpage content displayed in the browser remains the intellectual property of the original content provider.

VII. Disclaimer (Key Apple Review Focus)

1.Disclaimer for Third-Party Content: WS Browser is a utility software product. Any third-party websites, apps, or services accessed through the Software are independently provided by third parties. We do not guarantee the authenticity, legality, or security of any third-party webpage content, and we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising therefrom.

2.Connection Stability: We are not liable for service interruptions caused by telecommunications network failures, technical adjustments, force majeure, or other circumstances not caused intentionally by WS.

3.Apple Disclaimer: You understand and agree that this Agreement is concluded between you and WS only. Apple Inc. is not a party to this Agreement and bears no obligations, responsibility, support, or maintenance duties relating to the Software.

VIII. Amendments and Termination

1.Agreement Updates: As our business develops, we may revise this Agreement from time to time. The revised Agreement will be published within the app. Your continued use of the Software after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2.Termination of Services: Users may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the Software. If a user violates applicable laws, regulations, or this Agreement, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate that user’s right to use the Software.

IX. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1.The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by local applicable law.

2.Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If such consultation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute to the court of competent jurisdiction in the place where the operator of WS Browser is located.

3.WS Browser reserves the right to interpret and revise this Agreement.

4.If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
